Segians Treated to an Exclusive Breakfast Talk

Alexander Woo with his bookStudents from the American Degree Program with Upper Iowa University at SEGi Kota Damansara were treated to a special talk by SEGi alumni, Alexander Woo who introduced his bestselling book “Work Hard, Die Poor? Or Work Smart, Retire Young & Rich?”
Alexander Woo is a bestselling author, speaker and consultant, and is a Psychologist and a qualified training professional who made his way into very prestigious corporate positions including Petronas, only to quit it all.
He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from Upper Iowa University under the American Degree Program at SEGi College Subang Jaya with honors in Summa Cum Laude. Along the way, he gained a Masters Degree and along with other professional qualifications, he was a promising leader in the corporate world. He then made a drastic change in his career by opting out, after discovering the smart way to increase his wealth.
Using his knowledge on psychology, he wants to help others to emulate his success. As Vice President of Financial Education at IQI Holdings, he spoke on numerous occasions on this topic. Eventually he decided that the best way to reach out to more people in the less possible time was to publish his book.
Alexander also brought along his mentors from IQI Holdings to share with the students winning formulas on entrepreneurship in an exclusive Breakfast Talk. Daniel SC Ho, Managing Director, inspired students to dream big and that obtaining a degree is just the beginning of the journey. Kashif Ansari is the Chief Executive Officer who shared on how to successfully manage a business. Nabeel Mungaye, Chief Operating Officer, informed students on how modern technology has shifted the world of business. Shan Saeed, IQI’s Chief Economist, gave an interesting talk on global and local economic trends and how they can impact businesses and how to seize its opportunities.
